Certifications & Annual Evaluations

We are proud to have three certified Green Restaurants, and one TRUE Zero Waste certified restaurant!

  • Certified Green Restaurant

    The Green Restaurant Association evaluates restaurants for sustainability efforts in categories like energy, water, food, disposables, and chemicals. Locations are recertified every three years and verified annually.

  • TRUE Zero Waste Certified

    This certification is a mark that a facility has adopted sustainable practices that divert at least 90% of its waste from landfills. To maintain the certification, data is collected and reviewed annually.
