Eating well shouldn’t be a challenge, no matter how packed your schedule is. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a meal with friends, you’ll always find fresh, wholesome food that makes eating well simple.

We believe good nutrition should be easy and enjoyable. Our menus are designed with balance, flavor, and convenience in mind, so you never have to choose between eating well and loving what’s on your plate.

We're Here to Help

Our dining locations have the ability to accommodate many food allergies and we work hard to ensure dining options on campus are as safe as possible. We strongly recommend that any students on campus with dietary restrictions contact us so that we may become familiar with their needs and take action to meet concerns.

We pride ourselves on exploring all possible avenues to make sure you can find the food that fits YOUR life.

Dine Without Restrictions

We are committed to nourishing all guests by providing nutritious options that fit each need, no matter where they dine on campus. We support students with food allergies and special diets for medical, religious, or personal reasons by providing the knowledge and resources for necessary for students to make informed food choices in our dining locations.

Where to Start:

1. Notify the dining team of your allergies and/or special dietary needs.

2. Schedule a meeting with the dining team. We'll work with you to develop a plan to help navigate the dining locations and find the best solution regarding your meal plan. Keep in touch. If we do not hear from you, we believe that you are successfully navigating the dining locations.

Our Commitment is to allergen-safe service. Our dedicated allergy station is AllerCheck™ approved and earned a Certificate of Achievement from the Nation's leading food allergy experts, MenuTrinfo®, LLC. AllerCheck™ helps you dine with confidence so you can find foods that fit your needs.

*Aramark relies on our vendors' allergy warnings and ingredient listings. Because we operate a commercial kitchen where ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions, and cross-contact with allergens is possible, Aramark cannot guarantee that any food item will be completely free of allergens.

Events

  • Take 15

    As part of our Feed Your Potential 365 campaign, TAKE15 is a new health & wellness program focusing on emotional wellbeing, with the goal of encouraging all of our consumers to take 15 minutes away from their study or work environment to unwind and recover from stress.

  • Rock The Bike

    Rock the Bike is an interactive wellness event where students pedal a stationary bike to power a blender, combining physical activity with a nutritious snack. By engaging in this fun, hands-on experience, students are encouraged to incorporate movement and enjoy nutrient-dense samples that support overall health and wellness.

  • Wellness Wednesdays

    Wellness Wednesdays are weekly events held throughout the semester, hosted by our registered dietitian. These interactive events, like build your own overnight oats or chef featured taste carts, are designed to encourage students to engage in meaningful nutrition conversations while exploring practical ways to support their health and well-being in a fun and approachable environment.

Our team will work with you to navigate your options, ensuring you have access to meals that fit your needs. Follow these steps to get started:

  • Meet

    Contact our dining team to discuss your allergy, gather information on managing them, and learn about navigating campus dining. We will accommodate your individual needs and help you find safe food options on campus.

  • Monitor

    We continuously monitor our processes to ensure safety and care for individuals with food allergies. Throughout the year, the Dining Team is available to assist you. Feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns.

  • Support

    We can provide additional support after the initial meeting. This includes meeting the culinary team who can address any allergy-related questions and concerns. It's an opportunity for us to thoroughly review available food options.
